Since 2017, we have run over 100 concert, installation, exhibition, artist-in-residence, educational workshop, collaborating with creators and other organisations, in our previous venue dai hall and else.

Ryoko Akama works with installation, performance and composition. Interested in non-western cultural thinking and perception, her artistic practice examines environment, architecture, cause & effect, sociological structure & pattern. She also composes and performs a diversity of alternative scores in collaboration with other artists and musicians worldwide.
She is an artistic director for ame C.I.C and co-runs the independent publisher mumei publishing and melange edition.
Jo Kennedy lives in Todmorden, West Yorkshire. She works in a freelance capacity in the realm of sound and is engaged in a variety of activities, including taking field-recordings, making sound art and sound walks, producing a podcast, running technical and creative workshops, and recording and editing sound for other people.
With a previous career in the environmental sector, she is now exploring how her environmentalism and interests in sound might be combined in creative ways, at a time of environmental crisis, to connect people with the natural world. She’s also a co-director at Yorkshire Sound Women Network, a CIC focussed on promoting and encouraging girls and women in the fields of sound and music technology.

Along with Ryoko he is an artistic director of ame c.i.c. he also has a secret desire to ride a motorbike across Europe although he does not own a bike nor a licence to ride one.Charlotte Roe is an interdisciplinary artist from Huddersfield. She makes images, sculptures and installations exploring ideas around humanity’s relationship to technology. Interested in the creative potential of coding she is currently creating works with scraped data, generative visuals, and Pure Data audio.
