Following a summer break, ame will be back in September with a new residency.

Between the 5th and the 18th of September, Joe will be working on a new installation exploring the use of dead formats and interactivity.

Joe Christman (they/them) is an electronic ambient musician and live sound technician.

With a dynamic focus on installations, they have created and co-ordinated a variety of pieces, each taking a carefully considered approach with an eye to the obsolete. ‘Artefacts’ is Joe’s most recent installation, featured in the 2022 ‘Electric Spring’ festival at the University of Huddersfield .

They live and work in West Yorkshire.
