1 Your current favourite music / art piece?
There’s a portable sculpture in the form of a mobile kiosk in the henry moore institute (leeds) that I think would make me a great dj booth. plus music current favourite: the upsetters – ‘return of the super ape’
2 Who would you like to meet (anyone dead alive, someone you know or you never met) if you are able to, what would be the question if you can ask one?
I’d like to meet viv albertine (again) & ask her on a date?
3 the world will end tomorrow – what music would you listen to?
If the world was ending tomorrow I’d probably be listening to joni mitchell’s ‘heijera’ because the world is ending again!
4 what drives you to make your creative DJ mix sets?
need, instinct, habit, i don’t really know. i think i’m obsessed w/ recording/documenting things. I must have been 8 or 9 when I had both my own radio & tape recorder. it’s not even a drive, just something i do.
