HUBBUB will introduce three residency / presentation programmes in 2023 : Digital Gardens, Zero Parameters & Winter Process.

In collaboration with local food experts Zapato Brewing and Handmade Bakery, Winter Process will explore the theme of fermentation from various angles in realm of sound and visual art.

This open call is for an artist interested in working with ame and Zapato Brewing to develop a new work in response to beer making and the brewing process. The work will be presented at the Winter Process Exhibition (currently scheduled for the 3rd – 17th of December) taking place in Dai Hall, Huddersfield.

We are interested in proposals from artists with an interest in sound art and ecology.

October 10th (TBC) – 2nd online meeting (max one hour) with ame and Zapato

1st December – 4th December (TBC) 2nd visit, prep and workshop
3rd – 17th December – Winter Process Exhibition
